Hello Bob, Some of those who have experienced the word separation issue have reported that it doesn't appear to be present in KeySoft 6.2 and the Development team are working towards also eradicating it in the rest of the BrailleNote family of products.
The attachments issue has also been fixed on the mPower and again, we are working towards implementing this fix across the other BrailleNote platforms.
