Hi. am trying to connect a 4 year old bn with keysoft version 3.02 to a PC with Jaws and active Sync. The bn manual says I should make sure in connection settings that "use IR or serial port" is checked, but I can't get in to the menu there. I click on connection settings and I'm rerouted to a screen called mandis or something like that where the pc cursor is mute and the Jaws cursor shows me the get connected screen, which, if I alt tab is what appears. I simply cannot get to the connection settings menu. Also, we'd been using the bn as a braille display with Jaws. Do I need to go in to Jaws and release the port some how? Thanks for any reply.
