Press your start button on the computer. Then press the letter p for programs. Then press the letter p again until you hear "pulse data" and then enter. You should hear something like "key sync submenu. ." enter on that. I usually enter again for good measure.

If you have everything set up right, that will work.

Hi, I have just tried again to set up active sync with the Braille Note family of products. I still get the error that "the virtual circuit was reset on the remote side." while trying to sync my contacts with outlook. Do I have to first of all get into active sync and go through the connection stuff? What am I missing here? It seems to me that the active sync automatically has connected so I don't know what else to do.
