Kim,
Some of them might be protected by a WEP and don't ask what that stands
for, LOL anyway its to keep people from using their networks so its
probably not the card. Go to Barns and Noble, Mc Donalds, or Star Bucks
and see if it works on their connections.

Subject: [Braillenote] Wireless question

Hi: - I'm using a BNQT32 with a wireless card, however, lately I've
noticed that a lot of wireless available networks are not being
recognized. Is this the inability of the BN, or the wirelss card. For
example; while at a friend's home in Chicago I scanned for available
wireless networks my BN only indicated 2 wireless networks, while on my
laptop it was showing seven
(7) available possible wireless networks. Thanks and all the best. -
