I had the exact same problem with dial-up connections. I have a wireless connection but I wanted to set up a dial-up configuration until my time period for my account ran out, which was about a week. I tried for hours to set things up right, and no matter what I did, it didn't work. Don remembers this well, I'm sure. I finally got things to work after deleting both the configuration and the account in the keymail setup directories menu. I started all over, and I finally got it to work. Try doing that a couple of times and you might be successful. For whatever reason, the MPower doesn't like user names and passwords at first, but after you change them or delete them a few times, the MPower calms down and decides it might as well get along with you because you're bigger and besides, you're the boss. Hi David,

Well, it almost sounds like you may have a problem with the logon such as possibly not entering the username or password correctly. If it isn't logging on at all,
I'd think that would be the likely culprit.

I'm not familiar enough with the pk to be knowledgable as to the differences in dealing with dialup, but I have been successful in using dialup on the MPower in
the past.

If you never get the "logon successful" messsage on the MPower, it probably is in that part of the sequence rather than in email or internet access.
