Well, I don't know that resets will help. If your Ac adapter reading isn't coming on, I suspect other things. However, press and release the reset while holding down 123. Wait for the chimes to release the keys. If that doesn't work, you may try the 456, doing it the same way, then setting the clock and date. Hope you get it working again.
