sorry, I forget to add.   My Screen Reader is Window-Eyes 5.0.

What did I do with it....
1. Press Alt-F for File Tab
2. Press B for Braille
3. Select "BrailleNote" 
4. Select COM7
5. Press ENTER.

And on PK.
1. Press T for terminal
2. Press ENTER.

Nothing work with the adapter.
