Hello Kim,

You will need to contact Humanware in the US on Monday in order to have the
6.11 key enabled for your BrailleNote serial number as they will have access
to the necessary records regarding your 6.11 purchase.

Hi: - Yes that is the initial screen. However, when you click on product
key download like the instructions tell you to do it places you into a login
window whereupon, I enter my serial number and password then click login,
that's where the problem pops up, and instead of showing the next link to
click on (radio button) 6.1, I only have what I have reflected in my below
message 5.0. All the best. - Kim
