Rhonda is right.  I never meant to be judgmental in my posts.  I wish I had 
more facts about the man and his situation--what grade he's in, whether he 
has a VoiceNote or BrailleNote, if he has other disabilities besides 
blindness, what instruction he has received for the BN or VN he already has. 
All of this is very important.

To say that the man isn't trying is an unnecessary judgment call.  And to 
say what rehabe would or wouldn't do based on the facts we have is another 
unnecessary judgment call.
