I also now understand why it's best not to go to that United Kingdom link because I need to know what type of streaming link is offered. I thought all the BBC links were only playable using "Real Player" so not on the mPower. To go forward through the links, press spacebar. To go back through the links, press backspace. To read everything line by line, press dot four with spacebar to read forward a line at a time or dot one with spacebar to read back a line at a time. Dot five with spacebar goes forward a word at a time, or a table at a time or one can see where the "link start" is from where you wish to point and go. Usually, the "link start" is to the left of where you wish to go. If you want the BBC, your cursor should be pointed to the left of the bbc where it says link start. Press enter on that link start spot and you are there. I call this sneaking up on a link! Sometimes one needs to do this. Thank goodness, there are easier ways to find links. You can go forward through the links by pressing spacebar as I said earlier or back through the links by pressing the backspace key. The Keyweb brouzer has another nifty way to go through links. Simply type the initial letter or if you please the first letter of what you are looking for. Type b and listen to what it says. If it isn't bbc, keep typing the letter b till you hear bbc. Some BBC links are followed by a number. Keep typing the letter b till you hear the BBC with the number you are looking for. Let's say you are looking for bbc 4. Type the letter B till you hear BBC 4 and press enter! You will hear loading media and hopefully the stream you wish to listen to. Some stations start with numbers on that page. Type a 2 and see how many stations are listed. Type a 3 and see if you can find the station 3c. If you do press enter. You will hear what they are streaming. I was listening to a station out of Scottland a bit ago, SAGA. Type the letter S. You may find a number of home station pages while pressing S. When you see and hear Saga, press enter. They play a variety of soft hits. I was impressed when I heard it. I'm leaving that page in my favorites for a while so I can learn more about Saga out of Scottland. The United Kingdom Radio Lookup List doesn't show any categories of music as does the US listings. It would be good to read a link at a line at a time so you will learn more about a station's call letters, format, where they are located, which kind of audio stream, what they program etc. . The best way to leave a link is to disconnect from it by pressing O for options, C for connectivity and W for wireless. You will be told the status of the connectivity when you click it. It will be Y for yes to leave it on, N for no to disconnect. If you wish to leave it on, do nothing more but listen and get out of the connectivity menu. Press N to disconnect. Sometimes you will hear the link for a time even though you have disconnected but the music or programming will eventually go away. The UK page doesn't appear to me to have categories as is the case with the US or main page of Bill Sparks dot org. You need to get station information from the link before you click it. If you sneak up on a link, the "link start" spot is to the left of what you wish to link to and this is found by pressing spacebar with dot two. If you go too far back, pressing spacebar with dot five will bring you forward till you hear link start. When you do, press enter. I could do no wrong today! I managed to hear every UK station I clicked onto. It worked every time I tried it. If a station has a Real Audio stream, don't bother! You won't hear that with your BN. Usually the station information indicates which streaming they have. If it is Windows Media, and you click onto the link, the BN says loading media, wait patiently and you should hear what you hoped to be listening to. If you have further problems, go to options menu, u for utilities, press I for index and type W for Keyweb options or whatever it is called. Read up on these and that should help you work the links with the Keyweb Brouzer.
