Rose, you don't have to disable your firewall permanently, but to 
find out if that is what is stopping the bn from connecting to 
your computer, if you disable it and find that it works after 
that you'll know that was the problem.  It might not even be 
that.  But if it is, maybe someone can tell us which program we 
need to give the firewall permission to allow.
