Hi Sarah and Stacey,

What I found that works is to do this:

Let's say you recorded a name and/or address on a voice memo and you want to
enter that into your address list.

First, open the address list and locate where you want to start entering the
data from the memo.

Next, do the shift function m. This should start the memo playing. When you
find the info you want, do a shift function m again and the MPower will put you
back into the address list and you can write in the data.

Now, let's say you kind of forgot part of what you wanted to enter. Hit shift
function m again and the memo will start to play again.

You want to back up so you can hear again the information you forgot. Press
left-arrow. I found it backs up in small increments, the size probably depends
on the length of the memo.

Once you hear the info and try to remember it this time, press shift function
m again and you'll be put right back into the address list again so you can
enter it
correctly this time.

You can escape out of all this at any time although you will have to confirm
whether or not you want to save the changes in the address record.

Try it! It worked here.
