This is Joseph. There are two ways. The first method is: 1. From Main Menu, go to Utilities/Backup or restore files. When the prompt appears, type b for backup. 2. When the drive prompt appears, select Flash disk. When the folder prompt appears, select KeyList. The KeyList folder is where all the Address List files are stored. 3. When asked for a backup location, select any location (I would recommend an external storage card.). After few moments the backup is done. The second method is copying KeyList folder to a safe location where you'll be able to retrieve it easily. I hope this information may help you.
