Hi Graham,

I remembered, after sending my last response to you, that you also want
to read HTML files that are saved on your BN.

If you are talking of storing some HTML files but not hundreds these can
be placed in a folder and you can reach them with KeyWeb as follows:

>From the main menu press the letter I (for Internet) and go into KeyWeb.
You will hear the response: Address: (Your Home Page, which is
Humanware unless you've changed it) will be given.

Now backspace twice and begin to choose the drive and folder as normal
when working in other parts of Keysoft, then the file, using X-Chord
when selecting filenames to show all the files, and press "Enter" on the
appropriate filename. (This can be a little tricky when you first start
so don't worry if you get a bit lost until you have done it a few
times.)

If you need to store and use hundreds of local HTML files then I've
found it best to make Favorites for these and store them in a separate
directory since, if you don't, the list of files can be so large that
you're waiting for a very long time to get to them - and sometimes you
don't manage it at all! You can of course save these to "My Favorites"
if you wish, once you have the appropriate page open or you have created
a specific .URL file (with a particular format) and then it's easy to
get to them again, but judge where you save Favorites (whether in the
main Favorites file or another you create) by the amount you intend to
save and find later. This can get rather more complicated when dealing
with large numbers, but it is workable and the HTML reading is good.

To do this, there are a few little tweaks/tricks to know. I won't go
into further detail now but let me know if you need any clarification on
the procedure with some explanation of how many documents you need to
deal with in this way.
