Hi I just wanted to make one thing clear, I don't recall if I did or not. When I lost all my files and the flash disk seemed to reformat itself after I reset it my battery level was above 6 percent for sure may be even a little above 70 perent. I have never let the battery run completely down I have gotten the critical message though before. I use an mpower qt
