Paul: What about unplugging your power suply from the QT and then plugging in
back in again. I have a M-Power BT32 and and my remedy was to unplug my power
suply and then plug i back in to the M Power unit. I hope it works.

Subject: [Braillenote] resetting the battery cycle count

Hi, Guys. As per some discussion on this list last week, I tried resetting
my battery cycle count. I charged my Mpower up to 100 percent and pressed
the reset button. First, I tried this with the unit still plugged in then
without being plugged in.
I even tried a 4 5 6 or j k l reset since I have a qt. No luck. I am still
at 53.
I would be interested in hearing from the HW staff on how I can set this
back to one.
