Hi Riger,
Two pints:
1. You only downloaded one file from Bookshare. Our problems,
at least for most, was ddownloading, consecutively, more than
one file.
2. I can login to Bookshare just fine, and get a book.
However, when I reach the stage where my M-Power QT wants my
password, it gives me the "invalid password" message.
Note, Sarah Cranston has indicated that the entire file may not
be downloaded. Since I use only braille, she also pointed out
that the speech component annunces a download problem that I
never see!
Loops! Since you just got your unit back, could they have fixed
the problem?
