This is Joseph. Folks, please understand that ActiveSync will only work with Microsoft Outlook, NOT Outlook Express. There is a program called Sync Express that runs on PAC Mate that allows you to sync data between Inbox and OE. In order for this feature to be introduced, synchronization between MS Outlook and KeyMail must first be introduced.
