Hi Ladies And Gentlemen:
This is Walter Gramza.
I purchased a San Disc Wi Fi Card from Humanware in April the cost of the card is $89.00 plus $5.00 for Shipping. Guess what? For a change no tax. My total bill was $94.00 and I had it in about ten days from the date of purchase.
Good luck with your Braillenotes, voicenotes, classics etc.
I have the Braillenote mpower with Keysoft 7.0. I received mine in February of 06.

It does the same thing. When I scan, it always says "no visible
network"; I am two feet from a Belkin G WiFI router! Actually,
now my Ambicom (yes, I finally got it to work) is doing the same
thing. I think I'll give tech support a call this afternoon. If
nothing else I can get a new Sandisk card. Anyone know how much
they are, and if HW sells them? I have had no luck finding them
online.
Alex

My Sandisk Wy Fi Card is fine in the back slot. You might try
the side slot
and see how it works.

Subject: [Braillenote] KS7 and SanDisk WiFi Card

Hi all, but mainly HW:

I have an mPower and use a SanDisk plus WiFi card, or at least I
did until
it broke. (It registers with the BN, but is unable to see any
networks
when I know it should.) I tried my old Ambicom card, and it
worked. The
"problem" is that a minimum of five resets are needed to get the
Ambicom
to register. It is really quite annoying, and my Classic never
did this.
A friend's VN classic never did, either, until he upgraded to
KS7. Now he
has the same frustrations with the Ambicom as I do. What
happened in
KS6.2 and 7 (my mPower did this before the upgrade, too)? Does
anyone else
have this problem?
Thanks,
Alex
