Subject: [Braillenote] battery concern not charging to 100 percent

Hi list and members of the Humanware staff. I am in the process of charging
my battery and it will not charge to 100 percent. I have unplugged it and
plugged it back in a few times on both ends to make sure everything was in
correctly. Adapter is turned on but when I hit the letter j it says average
current 0 milliamps instantaneous current 0 while in support mode. It has
stopped charging at 97 percent nominal available charge is 1644 and when I
hit the letter d it says 1688. I know if it would charge to 100 percent the
nominal charge would be 1688. Should I be concerned? This has never
happened to me before. It usually finishes charging if it has stopped once
I unplug and plug the unit back in. Thanks for any suggestions.
Malaina
