Hi Graham:
If you have started writing in grade two, just press a backspace J to go into computer Braille. Then, you can use your dots 46 to place your decimal points where you need to. Then, when you need to change back to grade two, press Backspace B. That will put you back in grade two. You'll see some funny signs, but no one else will see them. If you want to just write in Computer Braille in the first place, you can, from the Main Menu, press O chord, B, and press the space bar until you see "preerred reading grade". Just press C there, and press Enter. Everything you write will be in computer Braille, until you go back in and change it. Good luck, hope this helps you.

Subject: [Braillenote] How Do I Get Upper Case in Computer
Braille on mPower

I am a new BrailleNote mPower owner, and I need a quick bit of
advice
from the list, please. In entering hexadecimal numbers in
computer
braille on the braille keyboard, how do I ensure that the letters
are
in upper case? Is there a special key combination to make the
next
character upper case? I am not afraid of the manual, but I would
appreciate a quick fix to this problem.
