Hi. The paid internet didn't work either as they used the same server
downstairs and you still had to press alt I.
When we asked about it, we were told that they had some sort of problem
where their internet went down. They found this alt I was the only way to
get it back up and running.

Yes notetaker users were unable to use the free Wireless Internet at the
Jacksonville Riverfront Hyatt Regency because you had to click on an
invisible to speech icon or press alt and the I key to tell the system you
accepted the terms and conditions of service for the Internet.

Far as I know, notetaker users could use the paid for wired-in Internet in
the guest rooms.
