was asking for a specific type of reset that would delete all her
personal information but you gave the correct answer.

Hi Diane:

If you are talking of things like your addresses and 
configurations, you can do the following:

>From Main Menu, go to Keyword.  Open a document.  Go down to 
Keylist.  When you see the "keylist" folder, do a Backspace C.  
You'll see that all things are protected, so just press Y after 
each question.  When that folder has been deleted, continue on 
down to the Keymail folder.  Press Backspace C, and follow the 
same steps.  Don't go to Main Menu.  Just press a regular reset.
