I'm not Jonathan, but just want to say:

The RNIB have Daisy books and of course, if you're a JAWS user, you can always read some of their tutorials that way. Apart from these, I wish I knew too! We hear all this talk, much of the time, on the BN list about reading books and Daisy is becoming more and more popular, but I haven't found much else over here. Hopefully, others who have searched more thoroughly will have done so.
