Richard, if you write something in like 4.00+15% your number will
come up automatically. In other words, if you write the number 4
point zero zero plus, (which is dots 346 then the number 15, then
dots 146, which is the Sh sign, your number will come up. You
can divide, minus, or times it the same way.

Subject: RE: [Braillenote] tip calculator
anne, Richard here,
Yes, my wife has a tip calculator on her cell phone, which also
has a regular calculator.
That's why I was asking about this for the bn.
As for a formula calculator, that would be great!
I know the Pac Mate already has a couple for metric conversion
and I forget the other one, but as a bn power user, I don't
intend to change to a Pm since I tried that device and found the
bn much quicker and easier to use, not to mention it's far
superior help system!
Anyway, I agree that a formula calculator would be awesome!
By the way, what's the best way to use the percent function in
Keyplus? I tend to have a problem using it in any calculator,
mainly pushing it at the wrong time or not putting in the right
thing, thus getting all kinds of interesting answers!!
Richard
