Hi Bryan,
I realize this will save a lot of work for Humanware but customers spend a lot of money on their products and I don't think they are being fair to those who do not have a computer! It seems like Humanware is more concerned about themselves and their work load than they are their customers! I like my braillenote but think Humanware needs to take a long hard look at how they are serving their customers! I am not bashing Humanware and have no ax to grind but customers who spend the kind of money we do should have better service in my humble opinion!

My contact in Concord, California advised and I posted to the
list that:

Humanware will honour all existing card distribution SMA.

New purchases of SMA will be download only.

This will save a heck of a lot of work for Humanware staff.
