Hi Bryan,
I realize this will save a lot of work for Humanware but customers spend a
lot of money on their products and I don't think they are being fair to
those who do not have a computer! It seems like Humanware is more concerned
about themselves and their work load than they are their customers! I like
my braillenote but think Humanware needs to take a long hard look at how
they are serving their customers! I am not bashing Humanware and have no ax
to grind but customers who spend the kind of money we do should have better
service in my humble opinion!

list that:
Humanware will honour all existing card distribution SMA.
New purchases of SMA will be download only.
This will save a heck of a lot of work for Humanware staff.
