[Braillenote] Default braille translation settings

I have a bunch of small text files I want to open in KeyWord, then 
save as KeyWord Braille documents.  Is there a way to set the 
defaults when opening a text document to translate into braille and 
use line format when opening and saving, rather than having to change 
them as I open each document?
