Candi an others, Perhaps I might give you what exactly happens if you perform Service Reset (Reset+Record; this is my third time posting this): When you hold down Record and Reset togeather, the following will occur: 1. The battery compartment will temporarily disconnect itself from power line. 2. The power compartment is reconnected. 3. The initialization will occur (same effect as dots 4-5-6 (JKL) reset). 4. KeySoft will restart, and date and time will be displayed.
