I had the same problem today and called HW tech support. After doing
what they suggested, I can see all of the files on the BN.
1. Turn off BN.
2. Remove all cards.
3. Turn BN on.
4. Press reset button.
5. Insert card.
6. From the main menu, type F, D, and select SD card.
7. Space through the list of files.
I hope that I remembered these steps correctly. I was ecstatic when
mine finally worked because I was afraid that it was yet another
incompatibility issue.
