Carol; We need to take it up with the group first to determine that it is a real bug. Then I think they want a direct e-mail sent to teck support about the matter. If we do not discuss the matter first, how will we know if it is a real bug. This way the bug and problem messages will go directly to tech support and they will not have to fish them out of all our e-mails. To my understanding, after a few HW responces, they are not stopping us from talking out our problems. They just want the problem, when we can not solve it, to be sent directly to tech support.
