Desi;
I would call them back and request 7.2 on an sd card, since it is their
error. You might want to explain that you do not have a card reader and
should not have to buy one because of someone elses error.
Just a thought.

Hi Isaih, Thanks for the good wishes! Right now I'm pretty
disappointed
with HW, because when they called to give me my RMA for my transplant, I
was
told that I would be getting KS 7.2 with my transplant. This would give
me
a little breathing room before spending my next $195.00 on a new SMA.
Right
after I shipped my BN in for transplant, I called HW and decided to go
ahead
and pay the SMA and be done with it. Apparently the original person I
spoke
with gave me the wrong information about my unit shipping with 7.2, and
in
the meantime, my SMA order somehow never got processed. I just spoke
with a
very nice person there who is going to try to help me get this situation

corrected, and I have every faith that HW will do the right thing in the

end, but I'm sad to have to be going through this extra stress. It has
put
a little bit of a damper on my jubulation at getting my BN back. I
understand that once my order is either found or reprocessed I could go
online and download the 7.2 software, but that would require me to have
an
SD card which I don't presently own. And probably an SD card reader as
well, since I hate dealing with ActiveSync. Oh well, I'm sure it will
all
work out in the end, but I would have thought that a transplant should
be
shipped with the most current software without question!
