Hi Brandon, Select the file on your laptop which you want to transfer to the MPower and do a control c to copy it to the clipboard.
Next, on the laptop, locate the mobile device in your "my computer" and press enter. Then you should see several items including your flash disk. Press enter on flash disk, locate the folder where you want to put the file, open it, and then do a control v to paste it from your clipboard on your laptop into that folder on the MPower. The entire operation is done using the keyboard of your laptop. Hope this is clear.
