Generally how much time does it take for the BN to come back after servicing
should owing to an unfortunate circumstance should it need be sent to HW
service centres?
Specially if it is sent from the US?

I'm really glad your KS7.2 problem is resolved!
As for the braille display dots, I have the same problem, only my
missing dots are on the right side.
If you have a Classic BN, or an M-Power Transplant, the braille cell may
need to be replaced.
According to folks on this List, the braille display cells in the NEW
M-Power is better.
Yes, it is truly sad when we have to send our BN in for any reason! I wish
I could afford a spare!
