They are very reliable, and ship out right away. They send out an
email confirmation when the order is shipped, and if you want further
info after that, you can call them and get the UPS tracking number. I
ordered 2 for me and one for a friend. I got 2 because they are being
discontinued, and figured it was cheaper to buy an extra one now than
to pay to have my BN upgraded later.
