solved! I discovered that Braillenote creates a file POPLOG.TXT in keysoft/none. This file conteins useful information about communication flow. I then discovered that the error occurred at userid level, and I discovered that there was something wrong with my entry mode, so I created userid and password in a text file and then did copy / paste, and everything was fixed.
