Cindy,
What program are you using? If using
ActiveSync, go to Tools/Options/Rules page.
Select File Conversion and uncheck the box
that appears. Press ENTER, and at the Rules
page, press enter on OK. This will disable
the conversion process.

When I tried to enter a file that I had
copied from the MPower to my
computer, the computer asked about
conversion. The choices I had were Windows
Default, MAC, and nothing else that I could
use. I tried Windows, but the
file had dead spaces between each of the
letter spoken, and the first line
became two lines for the words. That didn't
bother me so much as the dead
spots between letters. Is that some kind of
setting I need to set?
