Hello, Eugene:

First of all, when you read an email, it is, as you say, protected. You can press Space with X, so that you can unprotect it. I believe it will say "review off."

Question Two: If you are writing in anything but Keyword, you
will always be asked if you want to save as a Keyword document. Keyword is a document type specific to the BrailleNote Family of Products. You can press S to suppress the prompt.

Question Three: If you write a document in any other type other than Keyword, you will be asked if you want to review the options. You can just press Enter. If a sighted person is going to read your documents, you can pick an rtf, or any of those. You can even use a brf document type.

Subject: [Braillenote] unprotect email

Hi out there,
I'm still on this "protect and unprotect" subject. I have a
lot of friends who own PC's and they tell me that they don't know what I'm talking about with "protect and unprotect". They tell me that they can write in other people's email. I seem to get all protected email and my question is: how can I "unprotect" my email when needed?
Also, while I'm at it: when I'm asked by a prompt when I enter
or exit a document, do you want keyword. (that's not the exact query but close). Is there a best type of translation to send a document so that others can read it more easily?
One more question: why, when I enter some documents I get the
prompt "review previous options" and not with others?
 That's it! Thank you.
 Eugenio
