I thought those files were supposed to go in the current version of jaws
personal script files, if so, it never worked or at least, I don't think so
because I never saw anything in the sys tray to indicate a hook file.  

I cannot really check it out as the laptop is not here and probably won't be
until Friday.

It is located at the HumanWare website.  
Click search, and type "JAWS PC Keyboard Emulator" at the edit field.  It
should present the corhhct document with the link for that zip file.
