It happenes ones before but I was able to put
it back on. Do I need to call humanware
directly or what department should I contact.
The first time it happened the key was found
if I could find it that would be one thing
but I have know idea where it is now. this
is upsetting to me because I am back in
college after a semester off. I don't want
to be with out it for a long time.
