Hi Stefan:
First of all, if you always want your home row to be in Grade
Two, you can just change your settings at the Main Menu, by
pressing W, then S. You would change your document type by
pressing Ctrl with Space. If you don't want it to be permanent,
you would:
1. From the Main Menu, press W to get into KeyWord.
2. Press C to create a document.
3. Press Ctrl with X to select Braille document type.
4. You will want "Braille document, Keyword type."
5. Press control G followed by number 2 for grade two Braille.
You can also write your folder name in Grade Two. You would need
to go to the "folder name", and make sure you are at the KeyWord,
Braille document. Just know that after you have written your
folder name in Grade Two, you still need to go back to the first
step for your file setup.
If you want to leave your setting on dot brf, or something like
that, the inside of your document will always be Grade Two, that
is to say, your home row will be in Grade two. Your file names
would be grade one, unless you use the previous steps.
