Another reason for HW to go with this idea is that some computers, such as
the Tablet PC I use for work, do not even have a serial port anymore. I
have heard that I cann connect via Bluetooth and plan to try it this week.

JD, I totally agree. I'm surprised that this has not yet been done.
While moving, the serial cable was lost. I had to go and buy one. It's
not just any serial cable that is needed, it's one that is very very
hard to find. I hope that HW will consider USB connection for the
braille display in the future.

And, you only need to set 2 options in Window-Eyes:
1 choose the BN as your display under the file menu
