Hi Alana,
What is the file type of this partichlar document? Is it a text document? (it has been known that some file types will take up more RAM than expected).
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] BrailleNote needing to
be reset when trying to copytext

Hello,
Has anyone had the problem of the BrailleNote
classic Bt needing to be reset in only one book when trying to mark text for copying?
If you have, could you please let me know?
I have some chapters that are in one file for
a particular textbook. When I copied some text to use it as part of the sentence for an activity the block feature worked fine, but when I tried to copy other text after the first bit of text I copied I tried to press the top of block command to mark the second piece of text for copying.
The Bn said "Top of block," and didn't do
anything after that. I pressed the advanced thumb key, but nothing happened. I pressed the next sentence command. Still nothing happened. I pressed reset. The BrailleNote worked fine after that, but when I tried to copy different text I still have this problem. This problem only happens in this particular book. I don't remember experiencing this problem with other files. I am running KeySoft 6,11. Thanks in advance for your help,
Alana.
