Hello:

Have you tried increasing the display intensity? Under the options menu you will find a choice named braille intensity. Increase this to 9 and see if your problem continues.

The repair shop they can change single cells so you do not have to replace an entire display.

Since I've had my M-Power, several dots have become fain.
Exercising
the display doesn't help, the dots just don't raise up as high as
they
should. This has happened with the dot two in the seventh cell,
dot 5
in the ninth cell and dot 5 in the eleventh cell. Would this
require
entire cell replacements, or can individual dots be replaced?
