Ever since upgrading to Keysoft 7.2, on a BrailleNote Classic purchased in 2005, we have been having trouble when downloading more than fifty e-mail messages or so. The rate of download seems to gradually slow down until it finally stops and just sits there. Although exiting out is possible, the messages are not deleted from the server so starting again yields the same results. Freeing up space in the e-mail database helps a little but not significantly. The messages do not seem particularly large, in other words, this is happening even when no attachments are involved. Doing a reset seems not to help. While this is on a wireless connection, I have no trouble connecting using a laptop from the same location and the transfer rate is good. We were at Build 43 when I upgraded, but I have since downloaded Build 47, but it made no difference whatsoever. Cleaning out the e-mail database seems also not to help significantly.
This is very discouraging, and any ideas would be appreciated. Best regards, Steve Jacobson ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
