I too find it depressing to read persistently negative posts on the list. But I can't moderate people just because I don't like reading their posts.
I can moderate people for behaving inappropriately on the list. I can also moderate people if they send list members offensive emails, should I receive a complaint from a list member. If you're not clear about any of this, read the email you got when you joined, or email me.
