Is this something that should only be done if the BN is having issues downloading mail, as was the case for the person you wrote this message for, or is this something we all should do at times just to keep the BN as up to speed as possible? And this message can be used with the mPower, right? I checked the first step of your message and my VN mPower BT running KS7.2 goes to the address list on that step just as you said below.
