You stated your Mpower is quite new. Then it is probably still under warranty. Contact Humanware and request an RMA (Return Merchandise authorization) to send it in for a battery replacement. If your hardware revision is 6 something you have the special chip that remedies battery problems, if it is 2 something, you don't have the chip and Humanware will need to install it. Sorry for the bad news as I don't know if you are right in Bangkok or one of the outlying cities, so sending your unit to New Zealand for repairs may not be as simple as telephoning the UPS or Fed Ex pick up department.
