Hi Robert, 1. Have you formateed your WD drive to NTFS? I would suggest that you convert it back to FAT32 so BrailleNtoe can see it. There is a utility on the WD site called WD FAT32 Formater (that I talked about on this list a couple days ago). 2. This is not related to KeySoft System Disk, but rather, Program memory. This is because (and I said this once) that IE (and other applications like Media Player) tends to use more RAM than other programs like KeyWord or KeyBok. I suggest that you try it again right after you reset your unit. Cheers, Joseph

I have a 80 gb Western Digital Passport, which since I received my Bn back a couple of weeks ago, I have not been able to get the Bn to recognize the Drive. I have heard that there was talk on the list, that you need to download a driver or something from Western Digital in order for the Bn to see the drive. If anyone knows what it is that I need, I would appreciate knowing what to look for on the wd website. 2. Since receiving the unit back, I get the following message when attemting to access any website, "there is not enough storage for this operation," When I check the Keysoft system disk, I have 31 mb of storage, so I don't understand why this is happening. What it does, is tell me this message, then it will continue the operation I am wanting, such as going to a particular website, or opening a link on a particular website. I get this no matter what I do, and I have performed resets to no end, and still get this message, so if anyone knows why I am getting it, and can help to get rid of it I would appreciate it.
