Hi Mary ellen, When using your PC, do a Window Eyes Bypass, then control shift R. This will enable you to reply to the list. Do a control R to reply to the sender.
On the BN, I think when it asks whether you wish to reply to the sender only, type yes, and it goes to the sender, otherwise, no goes to everyone. You may need to experiment. I could have this backwards.
