Hi, my PK had to be sent in a few weeks ago. I sent it to Sydney, which is where I was told to send it but they couldn't fix it there so they sent it to New Zealand. I have been told that currently there is a backlog in NZ so it may take awhile for them to look at my machine and fix it. I'm one of the lucky ones that has a computer to do my email and internet on and have a backup Braille note for taking with me. My backup machine is a classic and allot heavier then my PK, also can't get my classic to work on the wireless internet so I am missing that without my PK.
